New on DVD: ‘Dance of the Dead’

Sam Raimi’s new straight-to-video production house, Ghost House Underground, has about eight brand new horror movies being released on DVD today.  Normally this would be great news.  Eight new horror movies!  Yay!

Unfortunately, most of ’em look like crap.  Except this one:

On the night of the big High-School Prom, the dead rise to eat the living, and the only people who can stop them are the losers who couldn’t get dates to the dance.

What’s not to love about that?  Buy this shit at Amazon.

(If you want to get really jazzed* about this one, check out Bloody-Disgusting’s review of the movie, where it got a perfect (!!) score.)

*I went there.
